The Thumbify AI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Thumbify AI or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Thumbify AI.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

User Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of the original content they upload to Thumbify AI. For thumbnails generated using our AI, users are granted a license to use the generated content for their personal or commercial purposes, subject to our Terms of Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Thumbify AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
