    When you purchase a subscription or credits on Thumbify AI, you gain immediate access to our AI thumbnail generation features. Because of this instant digital delivery, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

    This policy applies to:

    • Monthly subscription purchases
    • Annual subscription purchases
    • One-time credit purchases
    • Any add-on or upgrade purchases

    No Refunds For

    We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

    • Unused Credits: Credits that remain unused at the end of your billing period or subscription term are not refundable
    • Subscription Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued
    • Dissatisfaction with Results: As AI-generated content is subjective, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with every thumbnail generated
    • Accidental Purchases: Please review your order carefully before completing any purchase
    • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after purchasing
    • Technical Issues on User's End: Issues related to your device, browser, or internet connection do not qualify for refunds

    Chargebacks

    We strongly discourage initiating chargebacks through your bank or credit card company. If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us first at rsdesign0807@gmail.com.

    Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

    • Immediate termination of your account
    • Loss of all credits and generated content
    • Being banned from creating future accounts
    • Collection efforts for outstanding amounts
